The Stewards, having received no actual report from anyone, and having heard from absolutely no one, considered the following fictional matter and determine the following:

Formula E: Théo Pourchaire Signs for Opel; Peugeot Reportedly Begins Existential Crisis
Decision
The Stewards find that the confirmed entry of Théo Pourchaire into Opel's inaugural Formula E campaign has produced, as a secondary effect, a reported destabilisation of Peugeot's continued participation in the series. The Stewards note that Peugeot has not lost a driver, a budget, or a technical partner, but has nonetheless entered a period of institutional uncertainty triggered by another team signing one person. Robert Shwartzman is understood to be available. The Stewards take no further action, and observe that Formula E's silly season operates on a sensitivity not commonly seen outside of family group chats.
