Roth Motorsports Records First 10-Win Season in Team History; Kofoid Implicated
Decision
The Stewards find that Buddy Kofoid has delivered Roth Motorsports its first-ever double-digit win season in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, a result the Stewards acknowledge is, by any measurable standard, very good. The Stewards further note that nine of these wins were not the tenth win, and that the tenth win was, specifically, the one required to make this a historic season rather than merely an excellent one. Roth Motorsports is commended. Kofoid is advised to consider, at some point, finishing second.
